Is it really free?
Yes. A value opinion does not commit you to sell or to sign a brokerage contract.
How is it different from a certified appraisal?
A value opinion places your price in the market using comparable sales. A certified appraisal is produced by a certified appraiser, often at a lender’s request.
How much do the packages cost?
The price depends on the property and the services chosen. It is confirmed to you in writing before any expense.
